During our hiking adventure along the Ruta do Cantábrico, my wife and I enjoyed a night at this recently renovated gem. While not located directly in Foz, it is conveniently positioned near the hiking trails and several stunning beaches. The location ensured a peaceful stay, offering a welcome respite from the often-bustling tourist hubs. The rooms are bright, modern, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable atmosphere with excellent air conditioning – perfect after a day outdoors. The staff, particularly the owner, were warm and more than willing to assist with local insights, enhancing our experience in the region. Dining on the terrace was a pleasant highlight, with meals prepared using fresh produce. If you're seeking additional services like laundry or shuttle options, it's wise to plan accordingly as these amenities might be limited. Despite being somewhat remote, the hotel strikes a balance between luxury and value; the comfort and cleanliness justify the price, especially in such a beautiful area. If you're contemplating a visit to Galicia, consider this hotel as a strategic base for both relaxation and exploration. I would certainly revisit if the opportunity arose.
